A native of Detroit, Michigan, Marilyn Tracy is a seasoned professional who began her real estate career after receiving her degree in Finance and Marketing from Lawrence Institute of Technology. Following a successful track record selling listed homes for several years, Marilyn and her husband John made the next big move in their career by opening their own Century 21 office in 1974 in Redford, Michigan. In 1985, Marilyn sold the office and retired to Florida...or so she thought. After five months, Marilyn returned to real estate in Bradenton, Florida and managed a six office real estate company.

In 1988, Marilyn joined Prudential Real Estate Affiliates as a Management Consultant and worked with real estate brokers in an area that included Key West in the south up through the Tallahassee/Jacksonville region. In 1995, Marilyn opened her first real estate office in the Tri-County area of Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties. As success grew, Marilyn and her husband opened additional offices until they had a total of six locations.

Recognizing the signs of the impending recession, Marilyn and John sold all six offices in 2005 and decided to wait until she felt comfortable to re-enter the real estate market. That time has come. And Marilyn is back to help buyers and sellers in this newly invigorated west coast Florida real estate market.
